I’ll be straight with you, my time can be sucked away like a vacuum. If this sounds like you do you wanna learn how to conquer procrastination or perfectionism?
As you may know, procrastination is defined as intentionally putting off something that should be done.
It’s only fair I provide the definition of perfectionism too which is defined as anything short of perfect is unacceptable. With the rise of social media, perfectionism is going through the roof.
Would you believe, procrastination is largely based on mindset rather than just being lazy. The more we procrastinate the greater the negative feelings caused by our procrastination. Thus, creating a vicious cycle.
Interesting right?
Get this, procrastination is generally a symptom of perfectionism. Ouch!
I have to give you the numbers, research says, 84% of us are procrastinators to some degree, and 1 in 5 of us procrastinate every SINGLE day!
