We’re in a negative headspace because of comparisons and fear. Also, money blocks cause imposter syndrome and burnout, and we push ourselves to our breaking points. 

The next question is – how do we get past money blocks? Through buy-ins! Start with affirmations that your brain and subconscious can believe. For example, let’s say that you’re not making the amount of money you want and feel stressed out at work. Instead of going, “I’m going to become a multimillionaire entrepreneur,” which you might not believe yet, begin with “I am on my way to building an ever-growing business.” The key in making this work is to focus on the positive; it shouldn’t be rooted in fear of scarcity but looking forward to your growth.

Sometimes our subconscious beliefs make us feel like our goals are out of reach – to the point, we begin to put ourselves down with doubt. BUT, let me ask you – would you try to chew a whole elephant at once? Nope! 

So, take it one bite at a time! Amanda did not reach six figures overnight; she took small steps. The important aspect of taking small daily action is consistency!

The best way to implement this into your routine could be through your subconscious mind to seek abundance during the mornings or before you head to bed.
